I have always really enjoyed shopping at this store for the variety and freshness of food.nLast week I purchased a budget pack of rib fillet steak and sadly it is inedible. We gave our dog the pan cooked steak as it was all gristle and way too tough to chew.nI've pulled out the other 5 packets of frozen steaks that I made up and will have to slow cook them.nThis was an expensive and dissapointing experience, so unlike our past meat purchases. I suggest you try another supplier. It was definitely not rib fillet steak.
This is one of my favourite food stores. Their range is full of interesting food, produce, meat and baked goods. Their flower section by Campbell and Bradley is every bit as fabulous and well presented/ maintained as a specialist florist shop.
Had a really poor experience with one of the staff. Needed help on one of the self checkouts and a team member said she would come shortly. She went off to pick up something before she wandered over and said “Oh i forgot about you”. I told her that it was all good but my partner had our baby in the car so i was trying to be quick.. She replied “that’s not my problem”.nI am absolutely shocked as i assumed delivering a good customer service usually are in the role descriptions for customer service…..
Butchers here are top blokes. Super competent and helpful with our needs. And it’s amazing quality meat, even with the “economy” range
Great range of food. Spend 50$ get free coffee. The staff are great and I like their meat special great steak
