Lovely hotel just outside Melbourne. The lobby is huge, and the reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional.nnThe room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel clearly focuses on cleanliness, as everything was spotless. They provided coffee and tea in the room, along with some milk in the fridge, and there was a kettle for making hot drinks.nnHowever, the price I paid felt a bit high for the service I received. Breakfast was not included and cost an additional $20. On the positive side, there is free Wi-Fi available, with premium Wi-Fi offered for members.nnOverall, a clean and comfortable stay, but slightly pricey for what’s included.
I was visiting my mum who is a resident at Campbell Place Aged Care on Coleman Parade & the bis was perfectly located for me. My queen size room was perfect and cleaned for me every day by friendly cleaning staff. I found the fridge and kettle extremely handy.nWalkable distance to the care home and to the lively cafe and restaurant scene on Kingsway where I met with friends in the evenings. The staff were lovely and efficient - special mention to all the desk staff in black suits and the charming Halle who made my chai latte every morning.nHighly recommend. Thank you Ibis Glen Waverley!
One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Everything was well organized, from the smooth check-in process to the excellent room service. The ambiance was pleasant and peaceful. Would happily return in the future.
Amazing stay at ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley! The staff, especially Neha at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The whole team was amazing, making my experience truly enjoyable. Clean, comfortable rooms and fantastic service. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the worst hotel experience known to mankind what disgusting hotel from arrival to checkout from the smart ass manager downstairs to her assistant who looks as though she is in a coma. Card wouldn't work in the lift and then I was asked do you know how to use it? Like I was some moron turns out the card was faulty, the rooms are disgusting I was eaten by mosquitos, there is actually nothing in the room apart from a bed, kettle was broken. Tried to get a drink at the bar and they ignored me. People waiting to be served at the front desk and bar. $20 for a carpark per day $20 for a buffet breakfast you wouldn't let your dog eat. Absolutely zero customer service, no idea whatsoever about how to run a hotel. What a deplorable hotel. Had to pay to watch people shovel as much breakfast down their throats. Seriously what a tip. Save your money and stress and go elsewhere. Worst experience ever and I have stayed at many hotels around the world. They could make so much more revenue if they had a clue as to what they were doing.
