We usually don’t leave reviews, but this place is just disappointing and not worth the money.nnOur stay at Clayton Serviced Apartments was a huge letdown. The room looked nothing like the photos online—outdated, worn-out, and in serious need of renovations.nnThe air conditioning didn’t work on the first night, and we were basically told nothing could be done until morning. We stayed for five nights, and not once was our room cleaned. There were bugs in the bathroom, we were given only half a roll of toilet paper, and the washing machine didn’t work. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.nnWe asked for fresh towels and were ignored at first, so we had to buy our own. For a “serviced” apartment, that’s unacceptable. The lack of basic upkeep and customer service was shocking.nnSave your money and stay somewhere else—we definitely won’t be back.
Unit was dirty, carpet had stains and unpleasant odor. Sofa had food crumbs and hair from previous tenant. No air conditioning in bedrooms, they provided a standing fan. Ants in the bedrooms. Overall condition of room is very poor and do not look anything like the pictures on the website, has aged poorly likely due to a lack of maintenance and cleaning. Staff were genuinely helpful though but there is only so much they can do.
First time staying away from the city during the formula one and had a great stay! Large room, clean and quiet. Will definitely stay there again.
Stayed here while a family member was staying in the hospital. Very nice and comfortable apartment. Fairly close to everything in Clayton and only a 5min drive to the hospital
Located in walking distance to Monash University. Nice and clean room
