The place was great. I went with my girlfriend and It was very clean and tidy and just a Pleasent place to stay for the night. The bed was comfy but the pillows were a bit to soft for my liking. The smokers balcony was great. The noise of traffic was kind of loud but you get that at most places anyway. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a lovely motel to stay in.

Ideal for anyone sending their children to Monash University. I stayed there twice. Once went we were enrolling our daughter into Monash University and another time was for her graduation. Fine place for its price.

WORST customer service EVER!! Have never seen in my entire life such a rude receptionist who says nothing when picking up the phone, and shouts 'what are you doing?!' when you are trying to find a pen to write down what he's about to say. Thanks for letting me know this is a way of serving customers :) I booked online and we got a room in the front apartment full of traffic noise. On the notice stuck on the mirror in the room it says 'did you realise you are in this front apartment for a reason?' Then there are 3 reasons listed, with one being that I booked it online. I don't know what kind of service says something like this - not that I've seen. Thank you so much for such a bad experience and letting me know that we would never come here again. Will recommend if you like to suffer a little and want to experience horrible customer service, but otherwise strongly not recommend.

Room was fine, restaurant was closed for the 5 days I was here, apparently the chef was on holidays... My biggest beef was with the laughable wi fi... This day and age, should be better. Could barely load the log in page!!!
