The premise is clean and very cozy. The manager, Duy, was so helpful and friendly during my stay for almost a year. He helped me with my move in as well as my move out, he moved my belongings to my new place for me!! Always very accommodating to my queries. I miss the place and the people there, made so many fond memories.

The manager, Duy, was a great help with my move to Monash! Not sure what these other reviewers who gave a one star review are talking about.

Terrible experience. The manager there, called Duy is absolute mannerless and beware of him. Think many time before you decide to stay there.
