Not all Hungry Jack’s stores are amazing, but this one is very good, I frequent this store as I am close by for work and can say that the management are very efficient and the staff are pretty good too nIt’s also a clean store with clean toilets which makes a big difference.
The service was terrible. We waited for over half an hour, and the food was cold and stale, the drinks weren't cold, and the ice in the glasses was melted. You also didn't receive your order until after you paid. It's a terrible, unclean restaurant. They don't care about hygiene; there's filth everywhere, and the coffee section is also unclean. I will never go back to this restaurant.
Today I went through the Hungry Jack’s Meadowbrook drive-thru for an online order and ran into a really frustrating experience. I didn’t realise I had accidentally placed the order for the Marsden location. When I spoke to the staff member at the window, he was very rude and spoke in a tone that felt unnecessarily aggressive. He asked me if I’d ordered to the correct location, and when I explained I was unsure, he checked and said, “You’ve ordered to Marsden—you must go there.”nnI asked if anything could be done to help, and he responded dismissively, refusing to assist further and immediately closed the window. It was honestly a very unpleasant interaction.nnBy contrast, the Marsden team was awesome and very accommodating. Meadowbrook really needs better training or supervision—hopefully the younger staff aren’t constantly treated this way.
Absolutely love coming this store, my fav place to go every now and again, 4 stars cause its fast food obviously isn't gonna be good for you lol.nnBut service is always great especially for being a fast food place and most usually always clean.nnThank you for being one of the best
I'm only giving one star as, unfortunately, the location of this store means not being able to turn into the parking area unless driving along from the left side of the main road.nTherefore drivers approaching from the western side which is probably at least 50% of their would be customers, have approximately an additional five minute drive, through numerous sets of traffic lights before being legally allowed to U turn and head back to the car park entrance.nMy family would be regular customers if it wasn't for this.
