I had placed an online pick and was waiting in the store from 6:00 - 6:27. I don’t mind to much about the wait if the food is hot and fresh but when I asked for the food fresh and waited 20 minutes I was given cold nuggets and chips, and burgers that were burnt.  I don’t usually go to hungry jacks but when I do the order is wrong or messed up nearly every time. The staff were great and I know they were trying their best but I wish to be compensated for my order as I was not happy.nnI am also placing my review here as the website wouldn’t allow me to send my feedback

Every time I go here I regret it. It’s near work so good for a quick early dinner but I don’t know why I bother. There is only one adult that works here and she obviously lacks the motivation to train the young teens, when she’s there or not the place is garbage. I got a grilled chicken burger w/ cheese and bacon, hunger tamers in a medium. They charged me for a large, even after I corrected her at the window. I received a chip packet that was over halfway empty very common!, the chicken burger had no cheese or bacon. It maybe weighed 60g and costs $12 without the add ons… that’s more expensive than a double Bondi from Oporto, with more meat and higher quality ingredients. The $3.50 chicken Royale had more substance! I will forever boycott this place. Been duped enough. Everything is slapped together no craps given and then they get snarky when people complain, never even received a smile when ordering, basic customer service. Avoid at all costs

Chips always cold. When asking for fresh ones I'm given attitude by the young servers and lied to they state they're making em fresh when they dont.nnFood this morning the beef burger patties were brittle n dry, everything looked poorly slapped together and overdo on the Mayo.nnBurgers to have gone massively downhill. Minus yesterday morning Thursday the lady made me a fresh grilled chicken burger and it was actually good.nnApart from that yeah. Had a server male give me attitude during a arvo/evening when I ordered not so long ago and lie to me with regard to whether or not they cooked the chips fresh.nnReally downhill HJ

A Great Hungry Jacks, all the servers and staff were very friendly and the food was really put together well, everything was in alignment no sideways burgers, food was hot and fresh and the overall restaurant was nice and clean. I will definitely be a returning customer

Had to repeat my order 3 times and the girl just couldn't get it. Got home it was cold and the bun was swimming in way to much sauce. Wouldn't  feed my $14 copper junior meal to my dog. It was disgusting. Never going back. That burger was enough to turn me off hungry jacks for life
