My family and I have been coming to Randhawa's Holmview for special occasions for many years now basically since they opened. Tonight was my birthday dinner and once again the food and service were excellent. Thanks to the wonderful chefs and front-of-house team for another great night. Highly recommended!
My absolute favourite Indian restaurant!! The staff are incredibly lovely and the food is absolutely delicious! My partner have become weekly regulars and I always make the big travel to experience this restaurant over and over again! 5 stars! Vegetarian options: Great food variety for vegetarians! Parking: Plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for different dietary requirements
We have been a fan of this place since years but this place had gone down since last few years. But this time we were happy customers. We ordered palak kofta and handi chicken with randhawa parantha, butter naan, salad. Curries were good, naan ok but not impressed with paranthas. Loved this time.
Manager took us here several times in the past for team build. Lovely place. Today went with my partner. The food doesn't disappoint. Lovely meal and friendly staff. I guess I just have to remember how fulfilling it is. Should have saved some to carry home for dinner:
This is probably my last time to get any takeaways for this place. 3rd time today they messed up my order. Changing review from 1 start to 4 Gave this a 4th shot - dined in this time. Experience was good and food was good too. Spicy level still wasn’t accurate, mine was less spicy than my liking and my wife’s was more than what she requested. But staff were friendly and helped us crack the code to get right spicy level next time. I will go with 5x Indian spicy next time , so the language is not hot, medium, extra hot or mild - if you want yours very spicy, proper language is hot many times Indian hot. Will nail it next time.
Ordered food yesterday, Food was full of oil , I was like maybe I ordered oily chiken instead of kadhai chicken. No freshness in food and no flavour, all three dishes tasted almost the same , the breadNaan was so hard, naans were made of wheat flour , very hard to break the bread and they literally scrached my tongue. Worst experience ever from the Indian restaurant.
what a fantastic experience. the best Indian restaurant in Qld award is well deserved. lovely friendly staff and the food to die for. sincere compliments to the chef. the beef vindaloo is the best ive tried. beautiful tender beef and very exciting vindaloo sauce. a must try if you like Indian food or wish to try something new. you wont be disappointed.
Came here to the Holmview restaurant on a Monday night with two friends. Great it is open on Monday’s as many restaurants are closed. The front of house service was friendly and efficient. The food came to the table within a reasonable period and did not disappoint - it was delicious and plentiful. We all ordered different dishes and we all agreed it was 5 star! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the experience. Enjoyed the ambience, the white tablecloths and the background music. Kid-friendliness: Children are most welcome Parking: Situated in a shopping centre so plenty of parking Dietary restrictions: Large selection of Vegetarian options
Lovely atmosphere, very clean neat and tidy. The staff are were lovely and helpful. We came here for our wedding anniversary because hubby is veg and it didn’t disappoint. Few different varieties compared to your everyday Indian restaurants.
Ordered via take away. Mango chicken and the butter chicken “Indian spicy” and the garlic naan I am reviewing. WOW!!! Amazing flavour. Well made food. I’ve been to high end Indian places for food and this is up there. Well done chefs and owners. Your food is great. Made my night a lot better.
