We waited 10 minutes just to order our food and we’ve been waiting 15 minutes for just 2 PACKETS OF CHIPS terrible service, not sigma, no rizz and no fanum tax I mean it yet 5 minutes later, we still haven’t gotten those chips, we can see that they are already pre-made so all they have to do is put it in a box. It’s not even busy we were the only people there when we were ordering. I don’t rwcommend
I had placed an order for my son via the app, but for some odd reason, my order went to a different store... I advised the staff at the counter, and he told me to call the store where the order went too and they can cancel it at their end, then I can re-order...nnUnfortunately, it was a Thursday night, and the other store wasn't answering the phone, so he spoke to his store manager at Loganholme store, and they sorted it all out for me..nnI was so thankful because my son was getting super hangry... he he he
Would give a zero star rating if I could… literally the most lazy, rude and incompetent staff I have ever come across… I normally would give the benefit of the doubt, but the experience just keeps getting worse. The entire staff needs to be sacked and replaced.
Did the best they could after the local drive thru KFC was closed for an hour ?nAt 3pm with no sign on driveway meaning every car had to drive thru to be told sorry we’re closed for an hour.nHow hard is it to put something blocking the driveway.nHad to divert to hyperdome food court and poor manager there was getting busy really fast yet hadn’t been given any warning the other store was closed.nPoorly organised. And when will these places learn if there is a computer outage.nGo manual write the order on a docket book you know what used to happen before technology made us all stupid.
There was an olde lady working the front counter today around 1:45pm. She was very rude and abrupt with us. Giving attitude when we asked her for sauce and just leaving them on the counter for us to reach over to grab. We could also hear her giving attitude and speaking poorly to one of the girls making burgers. This is very disappointing
