Get my coffee and toastie 4-5 times a week. Have been doing so for maybe three years now or more. Quite literally the nicest staff on planet earth, I’ve never experienced another fast food place like this one. So friendly, remember my coffee order and I genuinely look forward to my morning routine because of them. Also very well made coffee at the McCafé!nnThanks so much and yall deserve a raise
they didn’t heat her muffin, paid 4.95!! and it came cold, very unprofessional for a company that’s over 100 years old. i expect Better, and the worse thing is that they didn’t even even get a fork for her inconvenience. 1 Stars****
We pulled into the drive-thru and were immediately told to hurry up and order. We had two small orders and took about two minutes total. When we got to the window, the staff member, a Kiwi guy in both look and accent, told us we should have placed the second order first because it “would’ve made everything faster.”nnThat was confusing, considering we were already rushed while ordering. After all of that, we then sat in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes waiting for the food.nnTwo items ordered. Two minutes to order. Over 10 minutes waiting. Being rushed and then blamed for delays doesn’t make sense and made the experience frustrating.
Everytime I go one of the managers, which I’ve learnt his name is Adrien, is just really rude and has terrible customer service and does not even greet or smile. He just shoves the payment thing in your face and doesn’t even say hello or anything at all. He moves incredibly slowly and I watched him barely do anything for 20 minutes, so the service was super slow and dragged out. He is the worst one and ruins everyone’s experience by his terrible work ethic and his terrible customer service and his terrible attitude.
Spent the best part of my youth waiting for my food. After 70 minutes or what felt like an eternity, I asked politely what the ETA of my food was and the manager made an extremely rude and snarky comment. Do not recommended, pls send hate to this establishment. Time to start drafting my will, I think I might die here waiting.
