Hubby and I each got the $8.95 loose change meal with 2 burgers, fries and medium drink. The fries and drink were ok but the burgers were very sad. We got one of each, chicken cheeseburger and plain beef cheeseburger. Looked nothing like the advertisement and tasted like cardboard. You're right, for the price we weren't expecting gourmet, but a bit less dry and thrown together would have been nice.
I got three McFlurry and they were filled half way. I get we went through drive through but we paid money for this, i would rather wait and get it filled properly then be quick and have a half full cup
Food was nice but I paid $1.20 for cheese to be put on my burger and there was no cheese on my burger. Tried calling the store 8 times but no answer at all.
Total lack of prioritisation. Staff seem confused about what to do within their roles. Also must be low tide when it comes to drinks and ice cream
This McDonald's disappoints me every time. From waiting 13 mins for two soft serves, to missing items from my drive through order, do food that makes me ill. Not 100% their fault though. I come back occasionally hoping for change and am greeted with the regular poor experience.nLast visit was a late night visit after some ice skating, and ordered for four people. Nothing major. A simple meal each.nHalf an hour wait, as we watched everyone who came after us get served before us. They put our drinks on the counter and random people who collected their meals first were grabbing them. When we finally got our meals we sat down, and our burgers were cold. Not like cooled down cold, but like fridge cold.nI'm not the smartest, I'll probably be back again at some point. No doubt back to the same disappointment.
