Story

Mosaic is unique, one of a kind and it shows in every pizza. Everything is done by hand; Italian hands. Head Chef, Daniele Rubini, is from 60km north of Rome, Italy and has Pizza in his blood. Ive always rated Mosaic pizzas highly however recently the quality and attention to detail has plummeted. As the photo below depicts my margarita pizza was missing one of the most important of the three ingredients, the dough was undercooked and the cheese was so thick it almost made me sick, I love pizza however on this occasion I had to throw half of the lunchtime special away. Common Louis, pick,up your game! This is not acceptable.

Great pizza. Love the crusty bases on all pizzas, toppings are just right, always full of fresh flavours. Highly recommended. Very pleasant staff, including Lou.

I enjoyed a Tandoori Pizza tonight, always good to have some flavor on your pizza and I must say the flavor tasted authentic and original. I was happy with the toppings and crust. I would like to see maybe another cut in the slices (personal Preference to smaller pieces) however, overall our family left nothing in the box :) Lovely staff btw I was very impressed with the girl who made the effort to bring it to me outside. Well Done!!

Probably the best takeaway pizza place I have tried in Australia, they give you an authentic pizza at a takeaway price, not only that, the owner and the Italian pizza guy are awesome. Having this quality at this price in Australia is not easy.

Mosaic Pizza is one of those places, that makes you wanna tell everyone you know, and don't know, about how bloody good their pizza is. I was surprised at how much character such a little shop could have, and how awesome the manager and staff were! They were so easy to talk to, and the store was filled with a cheeky sense of humor that was quite contagious. And, of course, the wood-fired pizza was the most delicious slice of heaven I ever put in my mouth. I can say, with much joy, I had found my new pizza joint I absolutely love Mosaic Pizza, and I can't wait to get another!
