This rating is given in context with fast food chains, not proper restaurants or cafes. I ate in, Restaurant and toilets were clean, food was fresh and hot, staff were friendly, so not really much to complain about for a global fast food chain. Better than many others I've visited.

Food was cold. Drinks all tasted like dish water and the service was slow. This used to be a great place to eat but has gone down hill fast

I would have to say that the drinks and sides were great! But the burgers were horrid! Soggy bread and just feral!

As far as Hungry Jack’s goes, this one’s pretty good. I wish they’d bring back their offer of two bacon and egg muffins for $5 as that was a great deal. It’s generally pretty efficient with friendly staff, but it probably needs a bit of a facelift and some newer equipment.
