I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Hungry Jack's Burgers Woodville! The food was cooked to perfection, and it was clear that it was made fresh to order, not just reheated from a warming rack. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. While it's a fast food restaurant and not fine dining, the cleanliness was exceptional - spotless! The combination of fresh food, friendly service, and a clean environment makes this Hungry Jack's stand out from the rest.
This place was maybe one of the best fast food experiences in my life. Staff was great, especially the young man with the two black earrings in his left ear, I believe his name was rocsan or something similar to that. He was such a kind person and did everything possible to make my experience great. The chips he made were perfect, they were crispy and crunchy and perfectly salted, personally I think you should make this young man manager already, or at least give him a promotion.
I’ve been through this drive through three times in the past six months and all three times my order was wrong. Look, I realise Sunday nights the kids are running the joint but they really need a manager overseeing them. It’s never busy, takes me fifteen minutes to get through with only one other car in front and then the order is wrong. I will never be back to this store it’s hopeless.
Went in the drive through, ordered two medium bacon deluxe meals, paid at the first window and received our drinks, I was then asked to park in the waiting area, approximately three to four minutes later our order arrived and we left. When we arrived home we found our order was a completely different order and no fries. How can they have got it so wrong.nnIt just wasn’t worth the effort to go back.
