I feel 4 stars doesn't do it justice. If I had 4.5 stars to give I would. Good good, good atmosphere, quick service and friendly staff.

I visit Charminar once a month just to have their biriyani as nobody else makes a biriyani better than them. Yesterday ordered two chicken biriyani’s as usual and shockingly it was horrible , rice was half cooked with no proper taste and it was very very dry. So disappointed with yesterday’s food .

This place is not up to its usual standard anymore. Portions are smaller. Curries came out and were not very hot in temperature in the first place and because they no longer serve tham in metal balti dishes they went cold before you could enjoy them. Even the service has gone down hill, no friendliness.
