HJ Dogswamp.... girl never spoke or smiled. Manager took are order then young girl placed an order on counter. She didnt look or acknowledge us neither did she call out are number so we thought it may be for someone else waiting. The manager a few seconds later said thats your order. As i explained whats the point of having numbers if its not called out. I also said the young girl didnt make eye contact so how would we know that was are order. After eating are meal we decided to have kit kat icecreams . We got the same treatment. We placed the order the money was taken and the young girl made the icecreams. She placed them on the counter then walked away with not a word. Common manners like 1. Can i help you 2. Heres your order 3. Enjoy your meal 4. Have a great day 5. See you next time Are all greetings or closing statements to acknowledge the customer. Customer was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

One of the original HJ’s in Perth. Longevity is no indication of good service and product. Efficient staff, but you always get the sense you are just a number to them. Now and again you’ll find that gem of a staff member who makes you feel valued. It doesn’t take much, a smile, an extra question - to be noticed.

Hungry Jacks Morely. Extremely unhygenic. Toilets are so bad that you have to hold your breath and close your eyes when you are in them. Generally wallls and floors look like they have just mopped around dirty water. Chips were burnt. Very poor standard indeed. Health department need to lift their act and check on these fast for chains more often and get them to clean up their act. Absolutely inexcusable.

Need more staff on in the mornings. The poor lady that serves is running front counter and drive through. Always some guy sitting at a table ignoring everything around him. Could be on a break, but it needs to be timed better.
