I visited Hungry Jack’s - 285 Walter Rd W today between approximately 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm, and I must say the experience was extremely disappointing.nnAfter placing my order, I was directed to wait in the bay. I waited for around 25 minutes with absolutely no update. Concerned, I went inside to check at the counter, only to discover that my order had not even been prepared yet. I was told it would be ready shortly, so I returned to my car and waited again.nnAbout five minutes later, my food was finally brought out. However, my drinks were missing. I had to approach the staff once more to ask about them. The staff member apologised and brought the drinks, along with a complimentary ice cream.nnWhile I sincerely appreciate the politeness and respectful attitude of the staff member who assisted me, the overall situation is simply unacceptable. A fast-food restaurant should not keep customers waiting in a bay for over 20–25 minutes without proper communication, especially only to find the order was not even prepared. This defeats the very purpose of “fast food.”nnI am not writing this review to seek or highlight complimentary items. I am writing because such delays, lack of coordination, and repeated mistakes reflect serious issues in service management. Customers deserve timely service, clear communication, and basic accuracy in their orders.nnI strongly urge management to address these concerns immediately to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustration.n-Your customers

Went to this place for lunch on a Sat. Not busy inside the restaurant but it seemed the drive through was busy.nnWe got a Tropical Whopper Whopper with pineapple, must have been about 15 or 16 dollars, a Bacon Deluxe 10 maybe, a Kid's Cheeseburger, a Kid's Chicken Nuggets. Each kid's meal probably about 7. Small coffee about 5nnGood value, and food tasted good

Just wondering why after sitting in drive through for long time to get my burger and have to reassemble my burger to eat. Cold egg and it looks like its been thrown in the box..no wonder I only eat cardboard once a year. Back in the day fast food was affordable,  now its not cheap. So to get the order I received, what a waste of money... won't be coming back that's for sure

Wow this delivery was absolutely perfect!!!!nApp to store to customer communication was great. Very accurate.nSpecial order burger meal turned up hot meal, cold iced drink long before app advertised.nWhopper with cheese burger extra pickle, cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato add bacon was fresh, soft buns, fresh hot fries!!!nAbsolutely sensational!!!!
