What a difference one star member can make to the whole team. Today I was treated like a dog. The girl taking orders was being silly, I drove to the payment window which she refused to open to take my payment.nWith car's pulling up behind me I moved to the food delivery window where upon no order had been placed. Staff at this final window had no order in the system. Needless to say, recommendation is to avoid this restaurant so that your time is not wasted on children ruining you in circles.nGo to McDonald's or subway down the road.nThe service is so much better!
Food burger only just warm...close to calling it cold. Someone needs to check food temperature to ensure safety. I hope no-one gets food poisoning due to food being kept at wrong temperature!
It's the second time now that I've had bad service here. 1 couple waiting for an order 2 people in front of me at the counter waiting to order, girl takes first person order then walks off to start filling milk into a machine. No one in the drivethru, would have thought she could have taken a couple more orders before wandering away. After waiting a while I decided to go and make the coffees myself at the self serve. Would have bought food as well but I didn't have time to wait. I thought it was supposed to be fast food.
Quite disappointed.nnI ordered a $1 whopper and large cheeseburger stunner meal. Pulled over around the corner luckily! + found only the whopper in the bag. Which wasn’t very warm and seemed quite bland compared to usual.nnI drove back to pick up the stunner meal and got no apology from the young girls on the speaker or when picking up the meal. She would have forgot to hand the drink and ice cream too if it wasn’t for me saying anything ! Not too happy HJ’s.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Hungry Jack’s drive-thru today. I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal, a separate cheeseburger, and attempted to claim my Uno instant win. I had to explain my order at least five times, and even after all that, they still got it wrong.nnWhen I arrived at the window, the staff seemed confused and didn’t understand my order. I showed them my Uno instant win card, and after confirming everything again, they assured me it was all set. However, when I received my order at the final window, the extra cheeseburger I ordered wasn’t included.nnIt’s disappointing to have spent so much time explaining my order only for it to be incorrect. I expect better service and accuracy, especially when I’ve gone out of my way to make sure the order was understood. This experience was frustrating and made me feel like my business wasn’t valued.
