Staff were lovely and friendly. I ordered the matcha waffle, was super tough to eat and very bland. Disappointing, probably would not go back.

A bit disappointing. After losing our order, which was freely admitted, we eventually had to ask if maybe they could provide us with some bread to eat whilst we waited. This was approaching the hour mark of our attendance. We were immediately provided with both olives and bread but the fact that we had to ask shows some training in customer service might be needed. Small things make such a big difference.

Really enjoy Firehouse. Always reinventing and they are really brave with the menu so love it or hate it, go again... it’ll have evolved and you’ll enjoy the journey :)

Absolutely terrible. We were in the small private dining area at the back, and there was no aircon in the room. It was a stinking hot and muggy day. They couldn't even provide us with a fan! One of our party ordered steak, and they refused to cook it medium-rare as they were too busy. The food, when it came, was not worth the money. I would recommend giving this place a miss
