In an area seriously lacking quality for value, they’ve held their standard.nIf you’re stuck for breakfast or just want a café run with heart, you can always count on Humbug
This cafe is definitely a local hidden gem! Nothing to fault, the food was perfectly cooked, and tasty. Visually appealing too! Service is casual and friendly, great vibes.
Nice urban cafe. Service was very good, attentive and prompt.nThe food was a little lack lustre with taste and presentation. It was a perfectly adequate meal, but I guess I am used to something more than I can cook at home when I go out.nMaybe it was my menu choice, as this is clearly a very popular cafe as it was so busy on the day we were there. It was very loud inside however, hard to talk to your company. We moved outside when a table freed up, which was much better
Perfect food, perfect coffee, excellent service by the whole team, love the vibe there, a little area for kids to play with toys, whenever we are around, we always grab our breakfast from there only
We have been coming to Humbug for years. The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. Coffee is amazing. The menu does all the favourites well but also has a changing selection of food to keep it interesting. It is always humming pun intended and a great atmosphere. Very whānau friendly and great kids menu.
