We were dropped off at the front door of the building thanks to our brother in law. Parking would have been horrible. BUT we were welcomed by a lovely lady who helped us read through the papers required. Nothing was too difficult. She was professional and very likeable. Biko ?spelling was also very friendly and professional. They made the stressful situation very calm and relaxing. Thank you so much.

Very professional, friendly, hospitable, compassionate and great work ethic. I needed to get a greek police clearance. Bicos and Maria helped me obtain the correct documentation needed that day. I also got my military exemption, which has taken me 7 years to try and get and Bico got my document in 1 week. Also a new passport application which i have not been able to obtain. Thank you for all your work. I recommend to any greek Expats living in Australia.

Have been waiting for my childrens applications for greek passports to be processed for over 6 years . Still no loght in sight. What more can i say?
4 years waiting for passport and nothing. No communication or anything. just keep on paying money for paperwork to be sent back and forth for nothing. This is a disgrace
