I have to complain there is one middle hair cut lady very arrogant and rude. On 13 Dec wearing green dress sting on the third window from the left side. Even an Heavy foundation can’t cover her rude attitude and full face pimples. She is not helping at all and creating difficulties to customer. Chinese embassy should hire humble and polite people to represent the culture.

The supervisor's service is horrible! She was asked to come out of the back office by a receptionist as he couldn't decide. After she came out and we sat down to have a conversation and I'd like to introduce my situation. She was very straight forward and said, "I don't want to hear what you say....." "We are not discussing about this....." "Don't talk about that thing" ALRIGHT! So why did you bother to come out of your back office and talk to me?! So RUDE! I'm not your colleagues! I pay you to get the service! Even though I'm your employees you have no right to talk to anyone like that! It's in Australia! Go back where you are from or get trained how to do service in Brisbane!

The consulate do things their way haha, some might take it as offensive and rude, but it's really just because so many people come unprepared and ask silly questions. They don't have that much patience, but they definitely help you and get things done as long as you get the right documents. Gotta act confident and PREPARE EVERYTHING.

员工的脸像吃了屎一样。Staff are Rude and arrogant. Deliberately wastes customer's time by not displaying required documents clearly on their website. Bet when I come back with all documents they will start to be picky about my passport photo and make me take the photo again. Typical communist government style.
