The most unhelpful and unprofessionally run government organization I have ever had dealing with. They simply don't care and could not be bothered with answering emails or following up on customers request. A disgrace in this day of age. Management should be held accountable for this badly run department.

I spoke to a Ludovico and I found him very helpful and pleasant. Would only speak to him if I need to ring again. Its not always easy when you don't speak Italian fully. He speaks English very well.

I book an appointment, I received a call and they were completely rude on the phone. They didn’t give me the chance to talk or explain anything, really unhelpful and disrespectful. Don’t recommend to anyone. Try to look in another city as probably it will be better and will save you from headaches. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
