This is a very friendly and convenient place. The staff helped to verify all the documents and certified. Very good customer service. I went for passport renewal. I’m not sure why SL high commission in Canberra doesn’t recognize the work of this consulate and request all the original documents to be posted to them. If the original documents get lost, they are not responsible also. It’s bit annoying after the Consulate office certified and placed signatures, then you need to send all the originals to Canberra. I renewed passport for my family members in the past via this Consulate office. But that time I didn’t need to send the originals. This is weird.

This is truly an efficient, reliable and customer friendly Sri Lankan institution in Australia. All the staff is well above and beyond friendly and helpful. Especially Nirma who is at the front desk assisted me with all the paperwork. You guys truly deserve 5stars. Keep up the good work.
We visited here for our passport renewal as well other paperworks. Want mention here they are very punctual as well freindly. No waiting time here.Specialy i want give big thanks for mrs.Nirma and she was very walm welcoming and always provided clear guidance and support throughout all the matters which I sought support.

The Honorary Consulate Mr Rosh and his secretaries Nirma and Asanka provide a most comfortable, warm welcoming atmosphere and complementary service for Sri Lankans in Mr Rosh's own company building. The beautiful comfy building and the absolutely excellent efficient friendly helpful service from Nirma and Asanka was wonderful. The documents and papers were all efficiently sorted, signed and given back to me in a short period of time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
