Kenyan Consulate

A very rude team. I wanted to have information on documents to provide to the Belgian authorities in regard to the civil status of my partner. The lady on the phone did not want to give me any information because I am not a Kenyan citizen. Moreover, she did not let me speak. She spoke to me with a lot of disrespect. I like Kenya very much and the people of this country are very friendly and warm... it's a pity that the embassy doesn't represent this national kindness.

Asked a simple question about the visa process they are very rude unmannered and unprofessional at the same time I’m never calling them again!

Called them for information about VISA. Both the secretary as the council were very rude, they not seem to understand Belgian rules of respect and kindness! Only referring to their website to get rid of you as soon as possible! Shame on you

They emailed me that I could come anytime before noon without an appointment . And when I showed up they refused to open the door. Knowing very well I made a four hour journey to the embassy. I suggest they open a mission in Luxembourg to ease the burden of traveling to another country to get serviced.
