My Odyssey developed some metal rattling noise at cold start so I took it to this branch to get looked it. Since it happens only during cold start it is hard to replicate. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and suggested that I left the car overnight so they can confirm the issue. They called the next day confirming the fault and replace a part on the same day. The car was under warranty so no charge and the problem got fixed promptly. Good experience. Thanks.

Their service staff cannot tell an aftermarket key from the factory one!! Their parking is very confusing when they share a tight space with another workshop, nearly impossible to find a spot at 8am even! On top of all that the "waiting area" is outside in the parking lot amongst tyres and other junk with dirty chairs I was left standing there, it felt like taking my car to a dodgy mechanic. Their staff were unhelpful so I cancelled the appointment and went back home before it turns into a nightmare.
I booked my 2009 Accord V6L here to change the cambelt as despite only having done 74000km it was the 12 year old original. I dealt with Holly both over the phone and by email who was very friendly to deal with. She emailed me a quote which assumed a "worst-case" i.e., everything needing replacement and that anything that they felt was still not needing replacement would be re-installed and removed from the quoted cost so as not to give customers any unwanted surprises which they told me is their policy. Completely understandable and I think a good practice. However, I did stipulate from the start certainly when I dropped the car off that I was happy to have all parts replaced, particularly the water pump as I do not see the point in re-using 12 year old parts after going to all the trouble of removing them. I have never heard of not replacing the water pump when a cambelt is changed either. But that was what happened. I explained that I did not want to have a new cambelt only to worry how long the water pump might last. Now to be fair, it probably will last a long time yet given the car's low mileage and condition and he explained their procedure regarding re-installing parts etc as before. That's all well and good and I understand, but I think if a customer specifically states s/he wants them replaced anyway, that should override their procedure. Just replace the parts as requested, simple. Unless of course it's going to be obviously detrimental to the car etc. After a bit of to and fro, their head mechanic/supervisor ? offered to have it replaced at the next service and they will not charge the labour, only the part, so a good result and really this is the only thing making me stop short of 5 stars.
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I went in to have a quick car airbag replacement and it was done in a jiffy. Received a recall letter in the mail to go and change out my airbag, smooth running process from phone call to finishing the appointment. Really professional and got a quote for a car check up and service which was more reasonable than I had expected.
