Great service. Fast polite and very helpful

Shocking service, am still awaiting a callback which I haven't received since last Friday. Had to contact Ford head office to even get a straight answer which till now I don't have confirmation of. Booked a recall and showed up, called back for confirmation of what was done a month later and told I cancelled the service, advised them that my car was there as i dropped it off myself and received a text to pick it up which happened and they told me no recall was carried out on car. Was then told to bring car in again so they could check. Once the car was taken back in, was told they would not look at it as recalls on imported Fords are not part of the recall which is NOT true. Called Ford Head office who told me the work was not done on the car according to their records. the next day received another call from head office advising the recall work was completed on the day i first took it in. In all honesty I have no confidence that this was done. Was also told on Friday 11th August that the service manager Bruce would call me to confirm and to date I have not received a call. Beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service or common decency.

Took my car for service, they advised me of failed part, but could have called me during the day to ask if I wanted it replaced. Have had much better service from John Andrew Ford.
