This is the second day surgery that I have had at Holmeaglen. The first in 2021 and was during Covid. That was a Great experience.nToday was just another level, from the lady who did my paper work in admissions apologies I did not her her name through to Anne in pre- admissions and Rene in pre-op to Stacy in recovery and Julie in Day Ward, who by the way makes the best cuppa tea.nI am an RN myself and often hear bad reports so I thought I would take this opportunity to say you are all amazing!nNot only were the nurses all professional, kind and respectful, but they looked after my husband who refused to leave the unit.nThank you to all of you and I wish you all the very best. Keep up the god work! I will certainly be sharing my experience with others.nnI must also say that Dr Nicole Ong, her assistant Dr Michael Fueld and the Anaesthetist Dr Lauren Bourke were nothing short of phenomenon every aspect.nHighly recommended- thank you.

I recently had a 2 night stay at Holmesglen Hospital for shoulder surgery.  Having worked in the sector for over 30 years, I am potentially more critical than most.nMy experience was extremely positive -  admissions, theatre and ward staff were all exceptional.  The team are attentive, professional and kind.  Well done on creating such a harmonious team.  I hope I don’t need to be a patient again but if I do, I would happily go there again.

I cannot fault the nurses and doctors in HGPH ED. Such amazing and empathetic staff with timely and prompt care. I was beyond anxious coming in, and the stay here has been nothing but comforting. I highly recommend to those looking at private health. Please send my extended thanks to the nurses who worked night shift on Friday 6th December.

Disgusting!! I was placed in a shared room after having kidney stones lasered. My roommate was an elderly lady that was preparing for a colonoscopy.  I was subjected to listening to EVER one of her bowel movements from 9.30pm till 2am as she was unable to get the bathroom quick enough and left the door open. So  when I needed to use the facilities urgently and frequently I was told to use the bathroom at the other end of the ward because the one in the room was covered in feces. You would  think that common sense would prevail and this poor woman was given her own room for her privacy and so others were not subjected to this gross experience. When asked to be moved I was told the ward was full and therefore I had  less than 4hrs sleep and left hospital tired and sore.  It’s a shame you call yourselves a private hospital NEVER AGAIN!!

I am just so thankful to the staff at holmesglen hospital, they are all truly amazing, supportive and nothing is a problem at all. I want to give a special thanks to Dr Cheng who is amazing and goes above and beyond in explaining things and ensuring the best outcomes for his patients. Also Nurse Emma in the Paterson ward, truly amazing nurse and is so helpful. Thank you all for making my recovery easy!
