Very disappointing experience with Jetstar. We arrived at the airport more than 35 minutes before the flight and tried to check in, but the staff refused to accept us and would not listen to our situation. There was no flexibility, no support, and very poor customer service. Instead of helping, they just kept repeating policy. We were already at the airport and came early, but still missed the flight because of their attitude and lack of assistance. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service — I would not recommend Jetstar.
