Likes to spam mailboxes with junk mail, even after there is a clear 'NO JUNK MAIL' sign on it. They also cant even get their phone numbers right as I called the number to complain and it was someone in NSW. I then called the other number in the 'agents' signature and noticed they had mixed up an 8 and a 3. Imagine these people selling your house if they cant even get a simple phone number right? Oh, Consumer Affairs has been contacted too.

Excellent agency for selling in Mordialloc and Mentone! Vanessa Downey is the best agent from Hodges Mentone. Hodges is very trustworthy and highly professional. Vanessa is also a reputable agent in Mentone and is capable of achieving a great sale for clients.

They recently rented out a property for me. They took over a month to have someone placed in my house. Even though the person that has moved in applied the first week we advertised it. Hopeless. Lost me three weeks of income, because they were to slow to get the ball moving.

I used Jason Swift from Hodges Mentone when selling an investment property in Elwood.

Jason and his team conducted the whole sales process in a professional, transparent and honest manner and it all came together on auction day when they secured a fantastic result for us.

I was very happy with the entire team from Hodges Mentone - I'd recommend them highly and will definitely use again for any property transactions I have in the future.
