The way we were treated as tenants was truly unfortunate and disappointing, especially considering the way we respected the property as we would our own home.

PLEASE RESPECT the NO-JUNKMAIL signs

I've written the EPA, Sustainability Victoria, Kingston City Council, Local MP's and the Distributions Standards Board, but all of them said they do not have the power to enforce a stop to this.

I even registered on the ADMA - Do not mail list but still receive your unsolicited junkmail.

This targeted mail drop now includes co-sponsors to save costs on these mail drops, which only happens via the distribution channels of Real Estate Agencies, everyone else respects the waste reduction incentives and spam legislation.

Could you please inform your agents and realtors to stop these unsolicited mail droppings and respect the environment and the community alike.

Buyer beware, as they say. What an utter disappointment as a 'Managing Agent'. According to the director, who also happens to be the one in charge of dispute resolution, it's up to the owner to take a tenant to VCAT to recoupe damages to thier property. Apparently the 'Bond' belongs to the tenant and the management fees belong to management.  Cost $1500 to replace the cooktop, curtins and blinds destroyed by a tenant that they put in my home. To add insult to injury, the director offered me a $100 gift voucher. Probably redeemable at Shocking Stuart. Worst experience ever.
