Great property management team! Always quick to reply and action all my requests, friendly and always willing to help. Never had any issues with my property manager and when my tenant left, the leasing process was transparent and quick. Couldn't be happier with the service :)

It is very concerning the way Paul Sinclair carried out the auction campain for a property on vincent st at edithvale. We were interested all the way up to auction day however he did everything he could to deter us from going to the auction. He constantly told is he had 5 developers interested who were likely to outbid us. However on auction day no developers turned up, just a couple who he purposely started the auction late for. This couple ended up winning the auction which paul clearly attempted to manipulate proceedings for. Stay away from this guy!

Just wanted to say thanks to Jeremiah and all the team for what they were able to achieve for us with the sale of our Aspendale home. We have been able to buy back in to the area and are extremely happy to be able to provide security for our kids future. This has only been possible because of the outstanding result you worked so hard to get for us. You're not just selling houses, you're changing lives. Cannot thank you enough.

Terrible experience through this Barry Plant office. We wanted to view a property that was only taking private inspections. Took numerous calls and emails to even get a response. 2 weeks later we finally secure a time to view the house (which is a 45 minutes drive from our current address) only to find out they made a error and didnt notify the vendors of the open . Never dealt with a agency that seemed less interested in selling a property. The agent that met us was very apologetic and lovely however he was not the agent we had been communicating with so were also quite confused by this.

Unprofessional and unaccountable. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this office if you have the choice.
