Instead of sending a follow up email, call or anything about a missed payment, which we thought we had paid through our tax return(which thy apparently never received), we got a letter from a lawyer demanding payment and an extra $200 fee due to the missed payment. How hard is to simply call and ask about payment! Also you missed adding over $10,000+ in tax deductible uni fee-help loans, you are by far the worst tax return company. Update: we were told after we paid the ridiculous $200 fine that the tax return was actually wrong and instead of a $400 debit we owed a $1400 debit, as they had forgot to add on Medicare Levi! 5 years we've been seeing Ralph mare without a single late payment.

I have been a difficult customer to deal with and Ray and Co have done a stellar job of getting my finances in order. They are patient and kind. I can't say a bad word about them.

This is probably the MOST careless and unproffesional tzx office I have ever viisited in all my years of tax filing. They are a complete waist of time and money, I would rather have gone any wehere else then have delt with such rude illmannered people. The receptoin Jackie claims she is the manager and will not foward any concerns or questions you have to any one. I called in after my taxes were not returned to me after FIVE weeks of visiting the office and Jackie emailed me that she will send it out soon after she promised me I would of recieved it weeks ago. I am STILL waiting for my return. Let's see what Jackie comes up with next. If I may suggest - NEVER visit this office, you are better taking your money and time else where!!!
