They are extremely hard working, have strong market insight and provided honest, reliable feedback throughout the entire campaign.  It all proved to be absolutely spot on. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and all the Ray White team at Cheltenham.  Being a first time seller, they were extremely helpful with ideas on how to prepare my property for sale.  Kevin's auctioning skills on auction day were absolutely exceptional, resulting in a great outcome.

We have just sold our family home  ...  having lived here for 35 years. We found the inevitable process of "Open Homes" and feedback both stressful and unsettling. However, this was made much easier with Alex's realistic and reassuring communication through this whole process, leading up to auction date. We would thoroughly recommend Alex and the professional team to anyone who is wanting an Agent to act on their behalf.
