Really nice team, very helpful. Good selection

First few encounters with the gentlemen in store was pleasant. This could be due to the fact i was purchasing 2 aircraft, radios, batteries and so on. Dont expect much in the way of customer service or after support for small or individual items you purchase. They may not consider it important. After selling me 3 different items (despite me being clear about my requierments) i was still not able to resolve the issue. After numerous attempts to contact Ian to enquire of some for of resolution/solution, i have now abandoned the project. A few hundred dollars and a few months later, this is pretty poor.

Great people to deal with (i have only ever purchased online as i live in a different state) but they have always been a pleasure to purchase things off and i would highly recommend this shop

Hi. I have only met ELIS as yet of the three brothers , he would have to be the most helpful person I have ever met in the HOBBY game , he takes the time to TALK to you.  They are a GREAT. TEAM
