Today I took possession of my new Honda UMK435U trimmer. I ordered over the phone and it became available within the promised time frame. The service from Arbormaster Bayswater was impeccable. The machine was fueled and ready for pick up, warranty was sorted and Chris gave me a demonstration of starting procedures. All questions that I had were answered. The Honda manual itself did not list instructions for the  installation of the nylon line. I phoned Arbormaster to get an over the phone assistance. Gary was very helpful in sorting out my questions. A fortnight ago I also bought a new Honda HRU216M2 lawnmower and I experienced the same quality service and attention.

Good quality products at reasonable prices. A bit short on recreational tree climbing gear :)
