Hotel is good. Best location. One negative is the Executive lounge no breakfast and you needed to pay $15 for a breakfast in the downstairs restaurant. Which by the way was excellent. The Executive lounge did not have much choice when it was open food was mediocre though the staff were great.

Right from the moment we arrived, Hasan working at the restaurant reception set the bar for exceptional customer service. He was remarkably attentive, double-checking every possibility to ensure we secured a table, and went completely out of his way to make us feel genuinely special and valued. It is rare to experience that level of authentic care and warm professionalism!nn​As for the food: absolutely amazing. Having been in Australia for just over a year now, we can confidently say this is the best buffet breakfast we have had anywhere in the country. High-quality selection, fantastic quality, and wonderful presentation.nn​A massive thank you to Hasan and Doreen at reception for making our morning so memorable, and to the kitchen team for a fantastic meal. If you are in Darwin, this is an absolute must-visit!
nnHad a wonderful stay overall. The room was exceptional — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained 10/8. The food at Pepperberry was also excellent 10/8, with great quality and presentation.nnBreakfast and high tea were both enjoyable experiences 10/6 each, with a nice variety and good service.nnOverall, everything was well organised, clean, and delivered a great experience. Highly recommended!
If we were driving to Hilton Darwin parking could be another story...but the position was excellent,the check in smooth & very welcoming. The room is great, the view very ordinary but we dont spend much time in our room &yes we were offered an up grade but declined.The breakfast was terrific covering so many options. The team members we have come into contact with, have all been so friendly & willing to make our stay great. We even had a lovely welcome chat by a manager Marcus at breakfast, which was very unexpected & a really caring touch, he seemed to genuinely want to know our opinion.
Brilliant stay. Hotel was immaculately presented, very clean rooms and great service. Would recommend highly. If you have a car, valet service at $49 a night it recommend
