Was told Big Al'sMonbulk had changed ownership recently. I was lead to believe since the new owners had come in there was a difference in quality and service. The nightmare began with our telephone order having to be repeated 4 times to the recipient at Big Al's. Being told it would be 15 minutes, I arrived minutes earlier. On arrival the staff whom I'm not even sure were the staff weren't labeled with the company logo, badge to provide their name and role. The two people behind the counter paid no attention to me on entering, after approaching the desk looking for a bell to gain there attention I realised even if there was they had the music up too loud along with deep in conversation with each other. I looked in the fridge for a drink but again wasn't able to find pricing in front of the drinks or on the large wall menu. Thankfully the fridge door closed making a loud enough noise to remind the staff I was ready to finalise my purchases. The two staff members again looked at me then kept making the pizzas they had infrknt of them before one finally realised I probably wasn't there for the coffee. Once confirming my order I was assured it wouldn't be too long and was assuming it had taken longer to cook. The staff member passwd me the pizza I had orders in a luke warm box and went back to completing whatever he was attempting to make when I had arrived. Opening the pizza that was now stone cold and was microwaved vigorously to prevent any possibility of food poising we noticed the extra toppings we had orderd had been forgotten. I hope the new owners see this get off there there hopeless arses and shut Big AL's Monbulk down permanently. I'll go back at some point to see if they've read this and maybe done something. If I go back and my pizzas are made by the new owners to this quality I hope there mothers slap them. I just offered a small amount of the meat off the topping to my dog and not even he ate.

Always great food, pizza is always fresh, owner and guys behind the counter are always friendly and on the good with awesome food
