Had a need to replace a newly purchased and installed toilet an bought from Highgrove. We found a defect in the toilet pan after the install. With help of a helpful office staff we activated a warrantee claim. Within two weeks Jason from Highgrove was replacing the flawed unit. His work was great, no fuss or damage during the removal / replacement. The staff and processes were flawless. Thank you and I have problem recommending this company for a bathroom fitout.

I recently renovated my bathroom and bought everything from Highgrove Bathrooms in Dandenong. Agnes and the team were absolutely amazing! They were very friendly, gave me great advice, and helped me choose the perfect products for my renovation. The quality of the items is excellent, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Highgrove Bathrooms to anyone planning a bathroom renovation!
Jay and the whole team at Highgrove have been the most helpful group. From the delivery drivers, the clearance centre staff and those in the main store we have received the best customer service and support. We have so far completed one bathroom and we'll be coming back for a second. 5 STARS!!!
