Just went in to they have a look . Don hooked me up with start-up kit with everything I need very helpful. Happy with the service.

Took a mate into the store to get his first serious Welshpool rod. George spent about 45 - 50 mins explain the different rods and the pros and cons of each, same with the reels. Spooled up 2 reels while we were there. His knowledge and customer service are second to none!!

I have just been into Compleat Angler Dandenong for the first time. The customer service I received from George was first class. He was not only knowledgeable in the products but offered genuine advice on his knowledge of where I intend to fish. Absolute gentleman. I will be a returning customer for sure. Thanks George.

All I gotta say if you go anywhere else for your fishing supplies/gear whatever it is ,your bloody mad .went there this morning for the first time yeah I spent some $$$ but the service we my mrs and I received would have to be the best I've ever encountered, George the gentleman that served us was amazing right from the get go ,information, advice the service was second to none, just wanna say thank you for looking after us we really appreciate definitely making it my new go to fishing/tackle needs ,,,,cheers guys keep it up
