Took our car in there on a Friday to get looked at as we aren’t from Auckland and were doing a Roady around NZ- the car needed looked at ASAP as we had a deadline to meet. We went to other mechanics that we had been suggested with no luck, did a quick google and came across Highbrook Automotive - they took it in no stress. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and professional team. Great to deal with and super helpful - so pleased we went there and was very very impressed - would highly recommend!!

Great, friendly customer service. Efficient. Practical and affordable pricing. Got a full service, WOF and some extras. They went the extra mile and even got rid of the blue paint that stained my white car on the house. The  blue paint stain is totally gone as if it weren’t there at all. These guys have served me well over the last 3-4 years. Highly recommend:Services:&nbsp;Electrical

Had a small problem with my motorbike, and these guys went out of there way to help me solve the problemwhich they did. They were friendly and professional  and cannot recommend  them enough. They really help me out of a situation.  Thank you

Scam artists - charged an extra hour and a half for what is essentially an extra 5 minutes unclipping a plastic cover and turning a bolt, then tried to make it sound like a really complicated job thinking I wouldn't know what it was - avoid

Alex and the team have been servicing my vehicles for years. They have always been reliable, and fair in their pricing. For example, if a quoted job took less time/effort, they only charge for the services rendered. Awesome company.

I'm happy with the service and professionalism by everyone at Highbrook Automotive.  They communicate well and provide honest advice.  Although not the cheapest garage in Auckland, i go out feeling that I received a quality service.  The location is not ideal, but it is sufficiently close to a bus stop which allows me to drop off and pick up my cart.

I have been taking my cars to Alex's for years now and have insisted that my entire family do the same. The service is always great and price is always competitive when compared elsewhere. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any work done on their car specialist or not. The fact that they are always busy and so often working late to keep up with demand shows how high their return customer base must be.

Great staff. Very helpful when getting your service done. Good value for what you get knowing the quality of the workmanship. My go to when I need anything done on my Subaru.
