Don't bother coming here to get quotes if you are comparing prices for insurance purposes due to someone crashing into us. Waited around 5 minutes for someone to say it's a waste of THEIR time spending half n hr quoteing someone if we are comparing (not that the others took that amount of time to quote) 
Loss of potential business here. Poor customer service for potential new customers.

Absolutely appalling service!!! We had to wait 5 months before getting our car fixed and they not once told us that it would take so long. Every time we would call they said we'll try getting your car in next week but we will confirm. 
Once they took the car they then called up and said they ordered the wrong parts so it will take another 2 weeks. The lady at the reception was sooo rude with a bad attitude from the time we first spoke to them till the end. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
