Happy with the outcome, no dirty jobs. Trustworthy.. abit pricey but totally worth it!!! will come back to them again in the near future. Customer service is great as well.
Changed my stars because the worker who checked my car gave false info. He said brake pads were in good condition, but it was on its way out and my brake pedal went very soft that when you brake, it had to be pushed all the way to the end. When we checked our fluids they were almost empty. It's like he flushed them and only topped up a little bit. My partners car bonnet doesn't open at all on the side he worked on and the boot azz well. Once these are fixed we will not be going back. The cost to do both cars was way over priced. Service was super great. I received 3 videos of what they had done and what needed doing which i have never seen anywhere else. Same day I also brought my partners car also for a service as we had just come from another mechanic place that couldnt do what we needed done. Will definitely recommend this branch.
Needed last minute car repairs, front L/R lower arm bushes, my gosh we are so appreciative that they were able to fit me in.I strongly feel these mechanics are needing a Xmas Bonus

Tony tyres, papatoetoe branch are a great bunch of men who really helped me get my truck back on the road. They saw matters that needed to be addressed that no other mechanic had seen to keep me safe. Felt welcomed and respected. A great warm atmosphere and kept in communication the whole time and great affordable price. Im so glad to have my truck back on the road so i can go to work and provide for my family. Massive thanks to the papatoetoe branch for sorting me out in a timely manner! Abid and the team THANKS GUYS!
I replaced 2 front tyre , and they said they do free puncture repair, tyre get puncture after 1 month , I went in papatoetoe shop for repair it they said they not free come back after 2 hours, and there was only one car in the shop and three people was working, then I go back again after two hours they said they can’t do puncture repair, because puncture is near by edge , but it wasn’t, it was 2 inches away from edge, still they said they can’t do it, and tell me to buy new tyre again and do insurance, but I went on another shop they did repair puncture for me for $20 , not happy at all with there service
