Story

Directional Tyres is a tyre supermarket based in East Tamaki, Auckland, with a vast range of tyres in stock and wheel-related services on offer. The business started in 2000, however our management have over 30 years of experience within the industry.

We stock a range of tyres of all sizes and types for passenger vehicles, 4x4 and light trucks. With over 10,000 tyres in stock at our shop, you’ll never be short of what you need. Our inventory includes tyres ranging from the most popular brands, to the more affordable, lesser-known ones. Be it for all seasons or off road, from Yokahama to Hankook- you’ll find it here at Directional Tyres (Please look at our products for a full range of available brands). If you have a special requirement, we will source it for you.

We also offer our services in Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, and testing. We use state of the art wheel alignment and balancing equipment from Hunter Engineering for all your alignment and balancing needs.

We can also replace your brake pads for you if required. Please ask in store for pricing.

We have plenty of space for free parking at our shop and have courtesy cars available for those who can’t wait to be on the road again. The more relaxed ones can spread their legs in our comfortable waiting lounge while we work on your wheels.

We are 20 minutes (20km's) out of Auckland city centre depending on traffic and about 5 minutes from Botony Town Centre.
