i found  the team at AAC very professional and efficient.  They were able to diagnose the issues with my vehicle and were able to give me options on repair straight after. The place was recommended by my brother as this has been his mechanics for years and it didn’t disappoint. I was serviced right away, my alternator needed to be replaced and Mishra got two men working on my car and I was out of the shop in an hour. Amazing service!!! I couldn’t be happier.

Will not get these guys to touch my car again. Took my car for Service and WOF last year. Replaced all brake pads. Replaced wipers. They said that they would clean my headlight covers. Result: Headlights not cleaned properly. White marks left on it. Circular scratch marks on light covers. Someone had changed the panel display and changed the settings on my radio and some safety features were altered.  I asked why the panel had been changed: reply - had to remove battery terminal???? Told take car back to clean light covers and reset panel. Wipers not the best with the ext tip either. I checked oil....slightly brown colour? Was told "quote: we use best oil. that is the colour. we have changed oil/filter everything" Best of all...5 months later my brakes started squealing off and on. Was told might be stone stuck. Yes, maybe because it sort of stopped. However, 10 months later..brakes squealing when applied consistently. Not sure how long brake pads last for but I'm sure it's longer than this. The owner of the shop was awesome person and his team was super awesome, I think one of islander guys serviced my car, he did a very good job, others are afghani guys they were very nice and friendly people. No Rip off’s, no hidden costs, expert people in his team, do there job honestly and main thing charged a fair price for the work they did, I hope they keep up the good work and I will continue to go to them from now onwards.

My experience over the years threw autoclinic, has been has been stress free,they try there best to find the best price deals for your vehicle,and they do a great maintenance work on what need to be repaired,they go the extra mile to chat with you and give customers abit of knowledge on the parts they repair on your vehicle and how look after your vehicle for the long run.. The staff are very joyful they dont show any stress infront of the customers, always willing to answer any enquiry and machanical questions. Great service with a smile.. there's no way they can be trusted, based on a mechanic right next to them they are facing a serious damage to a late model car after they serviced it !! and they do lie their way out to look good. they should be called Auckland dishonest auto clinic .Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance
