My wife and I have had annual skin cancer checks at the practice for many years. The practice uses specialised technology to detect and treat skin issues. Dr Ben has the skills, qualifications, experience and equipment to provide the best skin monitoring/treatment service in Hervey Bay. Highly recommended.
Our appointment was at 1.30pm, we booked back to back appointment for myself and my husband to have a skin cancer check. I finally got in just after 2.30pm, no apology for the delay and to add more insult, the doctor then took a 15 minute break then called another patient in, instead of my husband. Find another practice his one does not care. I would prefer not to rate them at all.
After waiting 1/2 hour for our appointment, and on hearing another patient with an appointment earlier than ours, we checked with the receptionist as to expected waiting time only to be told that the doctor wasn't there and they didn't know where he was. Needless to say we asked for our forms back that we had completed and cancelled our appointment. If I could have put a no star rating I would have.
1 star for building decore zero for service & keeping to appointment times. After waiting well over 1 hour and with NO excuses offered for delay departed, never to return.
Dr Ben was really helpful and went out of his way to recommend me onto a gastro specialist when I needed it - Thank you
Good service but always an hour late. Must not allow enough time between bookings?
Warning if you use this centre for a biopsy and they are unable to diagnose it , they will not ring you or book you in for further analysis, they just wait for your condition to worsen until you contact them . 0/10
The results are unbelievably good and could not be happier. Highly recommended A+++
I had an appointment at 8 AM, I waited for 1 hour and 30 mins!! I went to complain the lack of respect for patients to the recepcionist, she didnt care and told me that its normal to wait that time there!!! If a doctor does not value the time of his patients it does NOT deserve any respect either!! Never coming back there!!!
