Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the lovely RN Jane for my appointment yesterday, such a caring and understanding woman who validated how I was feeling almost instantly, and really took the time to put me at ease when I was a ball of nerves. You are an angel!
Receptionist and Doctor never had her before were both pleasant and professional. However I never see the doctor at the allocated appointment time.nToday was a 20 minute wait! I am always on time and keep my appointment to 10 minutes. Wish the doctors were also on time!
We receive caring, professional attention from all doctors and admin staff. This clinic is the best for us for our medical needs. We wouldn’t consider changing to any other clinic in Hervey Bay.
Friendly greeting on arrival at reception, lovely nurse Jess very kind & processional at all times. Dr Ibe was very thorough, friendly & professional at all times during my first ever Mole Mapping appointment .
