Clean, professional, welcoming with VERY intelligent Modern Doctors. I see Dr. Pooja Eanara. She is beautiful and detailed. You will be looked after!
First time visit, as normal Doctor wouldn’t see my daughter because she was sick. Dr Kendrew Wong was awesome, he showed genuine concern in regards to how she felt, explained things clearly and even showed her examples on his computer to help with her understanding. Primary Care Medical has some new patients
I had a 11.10 am appointment, no waiting time was called straight in great service from reception as well as new Dr I saw Would recommend this medical centre to everyone
Very poor service. Called the clinic and booked an appointment with someone over the phone, only to arrive and be told we don’t have any appointment at all. Very disappointing there is such bad communication between customers and staff.
At Primary Care all the staff and nurses do a great job. The practice has always been accommodating when it comes to getting an appointment based on my urgency. Dr. Sola is very caring and provides excellent advice. I would highly recommend.
Both my husband and I consulted Dr Kendrew Wong this morning. He was so thorough and caring. A fabulous Doctor I thoroughly recommend. We want to take him back to Melbourne but Hervey Bay probably needs such a talented young Doctor.

From the start, my first experience with Primary Care Medical was exceptional. The Medical Receptionists were welcoming, helpful and lovely. The waiting area clean and comfortable. Dr Eanara put me at ease immediately. A doctor who listens and actually took the time to find the right treatment. Finding the right medical practice can be somewhat frustrating but I couldn't recommend this practice and doctor more. Thank you.
Dr James is my family Dr. He's a very caring Dr for my family. Highly recommend. And Louise at the front desk is beautiful, patient and kind lady. Highly recommend.
We have been attending Primary Care Medical Clinic since moving to Hervey Bay and find the staff to be great. They are polite and courteous, and efficient in their tasks. We have built some great relationships with the staff at this practice and would happily refer others to utilise the many services available.
