Your main receptionist obviously needs more training in customer service, so rude.nAs someone who also works in a clinic, under no circumstances would I get away with speaking to people the way she does.nPatient care should start before your patient even enters your clinic.
Despite the high demand of patients, the doctors run a very timely practice. They follow up from tests required, and national screen tests completed. Their advice and treatment plans have assisted myself to care appropriately for my physical and mental health. The reception staff are very welcoming and very approachable.
Dr James Chanaka has been my dr since he came to primary care medical clinic back in 2011. He has always been professional, thorough and wonderfully pleasant to talk to. He has cared for me throughout three pregnancys and all three of my children are growing up to have him as their doctor. We would be lost without him.
I made an appointment a day before and got a confirmation email, when I show up they tell me I'm not in the system. She said she'll pop me in and and nearly an hour later I was seen. I had barely a 10min app.nI had follow-on questions to what I was being told and the gp literally stood up told me she's running late and I'll have to come back and ask questions. I'm 12 days post surgery and experiencing complications. Do not recommend this clinic
Great Medical Centre and it's convenient close to Stephens Private and HERVEY BAY PUBLIC HOSPITAL. EFFICIENT, polite and respectful friendly G.P , Nursing staff admin are really professional at their positions
