Very helpful and kind staff. Was the cheapest in Airlie beach to cairns. Also lent us a free aux cable for the car and upgraded our car a couple of times for free. Book online via a comparison site to receive unlimited millage for free.

Easy to access on the main street, and seemed to have fairly priced rentals. No issues upon return.

Walked all the way with a baby to pick up a car that we have previously booked with a baby sit to be installed, to be told that they do not have any available cars and do not have baby seats. That they can organise a hire of one from a different company.
Thanks alot Hertz, you could've told me all of that over the phone when we spoke instead of taking my booking.
