Do not use heritage! Some VERY shady practices! From fees for being overdrawn when not to hundreds of $ fees added on months after already paying those same fees but still added on again anyway. The member assist presumes that we are stupid. They forget it's not hard to lookup info on line. They ignore basic guidelines set out by ACCC AND ASIC. They do not put members first! They will play with you like a cat plays with a mouse! They will prevent repayments to other organisations such as zip and lie to them telling them insufficient funds even though there is money in the account. I could go on and on and on about them but I won't. Avoid my mistake and avoid heritage saving yourself a lot of pain.
New girl is very nice. Saw I was anxious and took the time to sit me down and have a chat and make sure I was okay. Very down to earth and understanding. This is why we bank with heritage. We get treated like people not just numbers on a screen. Kudos to heritage for keeping their staff at highest standards.
The Cash deposit machine is dodgy and swallowed up my money and gave me an error message. Sometimes machines can't replace, I did get my money fixed up that afternoon so the staff were great but yeah i'd prefer to just deposit my money by the post office in person and get a 2 dollar fee.
Heritage is a great place to bank with. Never had any problems with Heritage bank.
How is it that in 2017 that you can't contact Hertiage bank outside of business hours ???
