"Heartattack and Vine was started by a team of four people: Jono Hill and Hootan Heydari the pair behind previous cafés a minor place and Wide Open Road, and Emily Bitto and Nathen Doyle. The initial idea grew out of a trip that Emily and Hootan made to Italy and Spain in 2014, where they fell in love with the simplicity and hospitality of the many small neighbourhood bars they hung out in. Heartattack and Vine is based on this model of the classic European neighbourhood bar/café, open day and night, where things are kept simple and the focus is on warmth, hospitality, friendliness and quality. What we have added to this model is the experience we bring in specialty coffee."

I got a take away falafal roll, it was absolutely delicious. It is mostly a classy wine bar style kinda a place. Food and wine are delicious. Recommended for both takeaway food and coffee if you want something on the go at lunch time or sit in sipping wine and enjoying delicious food with someone special.
Great place, friendly staff, great coffee, good food. Nice central location with big outdoor area out front. Inside is dim and intimate too.

Take away only for to Covid19 but I had a magnificent Porchetta roll and a pretty good coffee. Good friendly quick service too.

Really interesting concept. Meat is amazing if only a little sparsely applied. The niche they’re in means there are no competitors and can charge what they want
