If ever I've had to rely on insurance. HBF have always been able to step up to the plate. Back injury can be complicated and being part of a multi billion dollar business, well, let's say I'm not impressed with their insurance policy towards its employees! Pigs can fly..... So do angels. Thankyou to the bunbury branch. You know who I'm referring. It's appreciated for your help and solid advice. Your a five star rating.
Some of the most friendly and welcoming staff members I've ever discussed with! I have had multiple queries regarding coverage for wisdom teeth removal and every time I have gone in, I've been treated with outstanding custom service! They ensure I'm understanding what they are saying, answer all my questions & make all processes/ claims seamless!
New staff, does not know anything about the system and any products. Does not know how to speak to a customer. Does not have proper customer service ethics. Sat us down for over 40 min to say she doesn't know anything and needs someone's help. How come the manager allowed this kind of staff deal with customers if she is not trained at all. How does that reflect HBF s reputation?
There was a long wait time to be served by a customer service officer... they need more staff. The lady who served me was very good and polite.
Easy access to plenty of parking and good entry for people with disabilities.
HBF in general, not Bunbury office, they close the busselton office, & the Bunbury office doesn’t open late or stay open Saturday .
Audrey was very efficient and friendly great service
