Purchased a Couch in February 2021 received it on the 14 July 2021 the service in harvey norman Wiley park was TERRIBLE the manager was unprofessional, he wanted to hang up on me for asking why did my couch take almost 5 months to arrive, no one bothered to inform me or update me on my couch. Won't be going back there ever again, DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
An amazing place to shop at I highly recommend shopping at Harvey Norman punchbowl. They have an amazing team here especially Jo, Michael and Jenny. They were able to provide excellent service and provided me with everything I was searching for. They have great quality items and the prices are able to suit a range of budgets. Thanks to the amazing team at Harvey Norman Bathrooms at Punchbowl!
speak to Michael, great service, staffs are friendly, plenty of stocks on floor, will definitely recommend.
So far so good, the guy was nice and attentive, helped me out, even took two Sony model televisions and put them side by side with the best content so I can choose which to buy.
I found exactly what I needed, customer service is excellent. I got my stuff at a reasonable price. There were interest free terms too which I find convenient.

Good customer service from majority of the staff. Although there was an error in the initial order of our toilet suite, the manager/proprietor was able to sort it out immediately without any hassle. Also, he gave us a good deal in the items. Hence, we came back the next day to purchase more bathroom accessories. + better prices for Caroma toilet ensuite than some specialty stores + interest-free payments up to 24months - has to make customers aware of the operating hours of the warehouse where items are being picked up; some staff in the warehouse have limited WHS training/manual handling techniques
Outstanding Customer Service and Staff Massive thank you to both Michael and Paul who provided us with exemplary service and product knowledge for our upcoming bathroom renovation. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly be visiting them again for all our renovation needs. Many thanks Michael and Paul for making a very stressful time so much easier :
