I came to the shop to buy a laptop charger and a iphone 15 pro max cover case but i was impressed with store lay out and the promo they were advertising in-store.  It’s really good that local HN store is putting effort to provide such amazing deals with their current offer and also MacBook trade in offer. Nice and friendly staff on mobile section  also very convenient for parking as well. Overall 10/10 service and price.

Extremely bad customer service i ever met. 2people working there, they were very rude and even saying they dont believe on us. We’ve been told that we can changed the item when any problem exist, but they asked me to clean it using their useless vacuum and turns out the vacuum cleaner doesnt work as well. We brought back the item and they dont look happy at all, hey where is your atitude to your customer! NEVER EVER COME BACK AGAIN!!! If any 0 star, i would give them 0

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Harvey Norman Gordon. When I approached them with an issue regarding an appliance I recently purchased, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me with my problem, they left me without any after-sales support. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would caution others to consider this before shopping here.

Steven provided his professional service to me when purchasing air-con and washing machine. Also he arranged installation service for my air-con. He is really helpful.

Good range of products at reasonable prices. Whoever helped us with their aircon had a good but not perfect grasp of the different models but a few facts were beyond him.
