I came to the shop to buy a laptop charger and a iphone 15 pro max cover case but i was impressed with store lay out and the promo they were advertising in-store.  It’s really good that local HN store is putting effort to provide such amazing deals with their current offer and also MacBook trade in offer. Nice and friendly staff on mobile section  also very convenient for parking as well. Overall 10/10 service and price.

Heath was amazing and patient, knowledgeable and courteous throughout my entire lengthy purchase experience today. Highly recommend this store and its great staff. Awesome job !

The service we received from Ash at the Gordon Store was the best we can remember in a very long time. After a recent very bad experience at an Optus store, Ash was able to fix multiple problems associated with our home landline plus getting us a better deal on our existing mobile plans as well as a new Apple handset. Ash was the most pleasant and helpful young man we have dealt with in a long time and we will definitely be recommending him to our friends.

I didn't go to Harvey Norman. I got takeaway from the Sushi train- and it was brilliant!

Trying to get through to them on the phone is a waste of time, they never answer!! When you talk to staff in store they are helpful just calling the store is terrible and no option to leave your name number for them to call you back
